Privacy policy

Dentaco Maps is a service of Dentaco F.Z.E, a Free Zone Entity registered in Ajman Free Zone, United Arab Emirates (licence no. 29509). This policy explains what we collect when you use this website or ask us for an audit, and what we do with it. It is written to comply with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL).

What we collect

• Audit requests. Company name, trade, service area and, if you give it, a link to your Google Business Profile and a WhatsApp number. You send these to us through WhatsApp; we also keep a copy in our lead list.
• Public business data. When we prepare an audit we look at information your business has already published: your Google listing, reviews, website, and directory entries.
• Site analytics. Anonymous, cookie-free page-view counts from Vercel Analytics. No advertising trackers, no cross-site cookies.

Why we collect it

• To prepare and send the free audit you asked for.
• To follow up about that audit. We send at most two follow-ups and stop immediately if you ask.
• To deliver the service if you become a client, including managing your Google Business Profile with the access you grant.

Outreach

If we contact a business we have not spoken to before, we use only contact details that business has published for customer enquiries, we contact it once about one specific audit, and we do not add anyone to a mailing list. Reply “stop” and we will not contact you again.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal data. We use a small number of processors to run the service: Vercel (hosting and analytics), Supabase (lead database), WhatsApp (messaging) and Google (Business Profile tools). Each processes data only to provide its service to us.

Retention

Audit requests that do not become clients are deleted after 12 months. Client data is kept for the length of the engagement plus the period UAE law requires for business records.
