Terms of service & the guarantee

These terms apply to every Dentaco Maps retainer. Plain language on purpose. If anything is unclear, ask before you start.

Who provides the service

Dentaco Maps is a service of Dentaco F.Z.E, a Free Zone Entity licensed by the Ajman Free Zone Authority (licence no. 29509), with its registered office in Ajman Free Zone. All work is delivered remotely from there — online, in your Google Business Profile and over WhatsApp — and every invoice is issued by Dentaco F.Z.E. We work with companies licensed anywhere in the UAE, including Dubai mainland. VAT is added to invoices where UAE law requires it.

The service

Dentaco Maps manages your Google Business Profile and local search presence according to the plan you choose (Visible, Growth or Dominate). The deliverables for each plan are listed on the pricing section of this website on the day you sign up, and they do not shrink during your engagement.

Billing

• Plans are billed monthly in advance, in AED, by invoice and bank transfer unless we agree otherwise.
• Setup is included. There is no minimum term. Cancel any month with notice before the next invoice date.
• Invoices are due within 7 days. We pause work on accounts more than 14 days overdue.

The 90-day guarantee

On the Growth and Dominate plans: if your profile is not in the top 3 of the Google map pack for your core service keyword in your primary service area within 90 days of onboarding, we keep working at no charge until it is.

• Core keyword and area are agreed in writing at onboarding (for example “ac repair” in Dubai Marina) and measured from a neutral location inside that area.
• Two conditions. We need manager access to your Google Business Profile for the full 90 days, and your team needs to use the review-request flow we set up (we will show you the numbers each month).
• The guarantee does not apply if the profile is suspended for policy violations that predate us or that you cause, if the business moves or changes name, or if you cancel before day 90.
• The Visible plan is not covered by the guarantee.

Exclusivity

We take one client per trade per area. If you sign up for AC repair in Dubai Marina, we will not take another AC company whose primary area is Dubai Marina while you remain a client.

Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate business information and keep it accurate.
• Do not ask us to post fake reviews, buy reviews, or misrepresent your business. We will refuse and may end the engagement.
• You own your Google Business Profile, your content and your reviews at all times. We never hold your listing hostage.

Liability

Rankings depend on Google, competitors and your own operations. We commit to the work and to the guarantee above; we do not guarantee a specific number of calls or jobs. Our total liability in any month is limited to the fee paid for that month.

Law

These terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute goes to the competent courts of the UAE.
